REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP

Completion of a simple registration form enables prompt fulfillment of our member's instructions at the time of death. A membership card is issued and a permanent file is maintained at the Monarch Society office. This is a one time, non-refundable fee. This is for those of sound mind and have no known acute illness(es).

Registration charge for an individual.	$25.00

*The following three items consititute the BASIC CREMATION from:

*TRANSPORTATION:

This fee provides for the removal of the deceased from the place of death to our facility within a 15 mile radius of Metro Denver. (Additional milage will be charged for transportation beyond the 15 mile radius, and removals from a residence.)

*SERVICE OF FUNERAL COUNSELOR AND STAFF:

This fee includes the following: Personnel available 24 hours a day to respond to initial call, arrangement conference and counseling services, preparation and filing of necessary legal documentation for death and final disposition, staff assistance and coordination of service plans. Also covers overhead, such as facility maintenance, equipment and inventory costs, insurance and administration expenses, and governmental compliance.

*CREMATION:

This fee includes a minimal cremation container.

SERVICES AT MONARCH SOCIETY

We can accommodate specific services in our beautiful Victorian building with seating available for 30 people. (Additional charges for after business hours, weekends, and holidays.)

As an alternative, families may hold a memorial service at any location that has special meaning, for example: your home, your church, a park, the mountains, etc.

SHIPPING OF CREMATED REMAINS

By request, we can ship cremated remains anywhere. This fee includes preparation and registered mailing through the US Post Service.

Monarch Society is widely known for Cremation. Monarch Society also performs Traditional Funeral Services and Burial.

SIMPLE CEMETERY BURIAL

For those who prefer simplicity, an alternative to cremation which does not require embalming. A simple burial, as performed in early America. This fee includes transfer of remains to Monarch within a 20 mile radius, care and holding of remains, transportation to a local cemetery, filing necessary permits and professional services. Casket not included. (Please note: Simple Cemetery Burial requires that at no time shall the casket be opened after leaving the Monarch Society premises.)

TRADITIONAL FUNERAL SERVICE AND BURIAL

Funeral Service may take place at Monarch Society, church or other location within the local area. This fee includes transfer of remains to Monarch within a 20 mile radius, transportation to local service location, then to local cemetery, filing necessary permits, professional services, and necessary preparation of remains, including embalming, dressing and cosmetology. (Additional fees will be charged for special care of autopsied remains or for reconstruction restoration when necessary.) Casket not included.

TRADITIONAL FUNERAL SERVICE WITH CREMATION TO FOLLOW

A Traditional Funeral Service without burial. Cremation follows funeral service. This fee includes transfer of remains to Monarch within a 20 mile radius, transportation by hearse to local service location, then back to Monarch, filing necessary permits, professional services and cremation. If open casket with viewing is desired, there will be additional charges for preparation of the remains from $800.00. Casket not included.

SHIPPING REMAINS OUT OF STATE

We can arrange for the shipping of embalmed remains anywhere in the world. The fee depends on costs and services desired and will be quoted by our staff.

We offer a large selection of caskets, from very simple to elegent, including several cremation caskets, all displayed in a full-color catalog.

PAYMENT OF FEES

All fees are due and payable at the time services are rendered. Prompt payment permits the Society to continue to offer services at the lowest possible cost. Fees are subject to change without prior notice. We serve registered Members and Non-Members alike.

THE MONARCH INSURANCE PLAN (PRE-PAYMENT)

The Society offers a funeral insurance plan whereby Members may purchase a policy to help defray or totally cover the cost of our services. Information concerning the insurance plan may be obtained from our office.
