Adrienne Marie Monseu was born in Denver, Colorado on February 1, 1977, and died on May 31, 2022 at her home in Lakewood.

She was a loving, funny, and incredibly intelligent woman, who also happened to be the most beautiful person in any room. Because she knew real struggle and suffering, she had super-human empathy for others. Adrienne felt their pain as her own and didn't judge people but rather tried to see things through their eyes. Despite her struggles, she refused to be defined by them.

She was defined by the love she had for her children: Jordan, Gabriella, Delia, and Rocco. They were, and continue to be, her everything. She was born with an enormous heart, and strong work ethic which led to her success as a middle school teacher. Adrienne was also completely accepting and understanding of everyone around her, which made her such an incredible Starbucks store manager and mentor. Adrienne loved to make jewelry and was known to often give it away to those she knew who were struggling and needed a reminder that someone loved them.

She will be cherished, remembered, and missed, especially by her children, and by all of her family and friends. We know she is finally at peace moving though the heavens and earth as one of the angels she wore around her neck, or living her next life filled with magic and wonder at her second home, Hogwarts.
