Anton Delgado passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023. He lost his battle with his health struggles of cancer after enduring many years of fighting. He still was able to enjoy much life despite the limitations. He was a talented and loving man to many that encountered him in his work and his social life.

Anthony (Anton) William Delgado was born to Jesse and Phyllis (nee Acosta) Delgado on May 4, 1949 in Kansas City, Missouri. He was the second oldest of five children. His siblings include Toni Delgado, Louise Delgado, Jesse Delgado, Jr. and Philip Delgado (Kim Lacina). He is preceded in death by siblings Toni and Jesse Jr.

Anton married the love of his life, Dale Gatz, and they enjoyed decades of happiness together in Denver before Dale's passing in 2022.  Anton was as an experienced graphics designer, marketing and public relations professional, working for many years for the Jefferson Foundation. He was a talented graphic artist who worked in all mediums, including stained glass. He was a passionate supporter of education in Colorado, donating time and resources to supporting both teachers and students.

Anton was dearly beloved by family, friends and neighbors. He was supported by many healthcare providers throughout his life and hospice in his final days.

Anton's memorial service will be on October 21, 2023, 3:00 pm at Mile High Church; 9077 W. Alameda Ave, Lakewood, CO 80226.
