Corinne M. Mills was born on September 21, 1933 in Pocahontas, Illinois to Raymond and Rotha Zimmermann, and passed on November 15, 2023 at Chelsea Place in Aurora, Colorado.

Growing up in Pocahontas, IL she met and married James Mills while in college. Her passion was being an elementary school teacher which she taught for 29 years.  After retirement they decided to move to Colorado in 1990.

Corinne is survived by her dear son James Michael and his wife Patricia "Tish". Also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Robert Michael Mills, Douglas James Mills, Bret James and his wife Melissa Anne Haberman and Linsey Nichole Haberman. She is also survived by her many great-grandchildren, Keeley Nichole Haberman, Drake James Haberman, Jaxson James Mills, Leilana Brielle Romero, Daegon Lee Haberman and Brayden Lee Mills.  Preceded in death by her spouse Jim in 2017.

Cremation was held and she will join Jim at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, Denver, CO.
