Obituary

Dorothy June Adolph Musil was born in Greeley in 1935, the youngest of 5 children, to Jacob and Esther Adolph. She graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in home economics. She met Robert Musil her senior year at CSU and they were married the next year when she was teaching school in Nebraska. Robert was a Methodist minister in Johnstown at the time. They had three daughters and Dorothy's greatest job was one of wife and mother.  She also had various jobs outside the home over their life together. Robert died in 2004 and Dorothy remained in Denver and very active, volunteering in UMW, PEO, and many other good causes.

Dorothy is survived by three daughters: Karen Christensen (husband Miles, sons Hunter and Spencer), Rebecca Thompson (husband Tom and daughter Hayley Blackburn), and Sarah Musil and many nieces and nephews on the Adolph side of the family.

A private family graveside service will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Warren Village .
