Feng "Paul" Bourrillion was born February 4, 1963, in Taiwan. He came to the United States with his family in 1971 moving to Denver, CO. Paul went to South High School where he excelled at the trumpet, played football and helped to introduce the Youth in Government program to the Denver Public Schools. He was the first DPS student to be elected as Colorado Youth Governor.

After graduation Paul pursued a career in the culinary arts. He traveled across the country helping to establish various restaurants before settling for many years in the San Francisco area as executive chef for Ristorante Capellini. In 2015, he returned to Colorado as the executive chef for 740 Front in Louisville.

Paul will be remembered for his love of good food, good wine, cigars and endless nights playing video games with friends and family. He is survived by his mother Chin Bourrillion, sisters Mei Zaremba (Jeffery) and June Bourrillion (Brian). Paul is preceded in death by his father William A. Bourrillion.

A memorial service to be held Monday, March 25, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at The Stone House, 2900 S Estes St, Lakewood, CO 80227.
