It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Robert and Grace Nelson. Bob, 89, US Army Veteran, passed away very unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. Grace, 86, passed away in the hospital on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.

Bob was an insurance broker and founding member of City Park Jazz, an organization for which he volunteered for over 30 years.  Grace was an amazing interior designer, famous party host and gifted gardener. They are survived by their children Craig and Kieran and their families. Both were
active in their community. Both were loving parents and grandparents and losing them leaves a hole in all our hearts.

They were introduced to each other in 1955 and were married in 1960. It is fitting that we are having a dual Memorial Service for both on Sunday October 29, 2023, 1pm at Washington Park United Methodist Church, 1955 East Arizona Avenue, Denver, CO 80210.

According to their wishes, in lieu of flowers, they desire a donation be made in their name to the Assistance League of Denver , Hospital Equipment Lending Program.
