Matsuo Tanoue, 94 of Laupahoehoe, Hawaii passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at her son's home in Arvada, Colorado on Wednesday, March 30, 2022. Matsuyo retired from First Hawaiian Bank as a clerk for over 25 years of service.

She is survived by her son Ralph of Arvada, sisters Kay Katagihara of Mililani, HI and Yaeko Tanaka of Torrance, CA; granddaughters Alex (Ryan) McGrenahan of Arvada and Aimee Tanoue of Arvada along with numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her spouse Kamekichi and son Wayson.  At her request a private service will be held in Hilo, Hawaii.
