Monica, 49, of Denver, Colorado, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones and cherished memories in Denver. Raised in Aurora, Monica graduated from Smoky Hill High School, where her journey of kindness, strength, and dedication began.

Monica's life took a remarkable turn 20 years ago when she became an aunt for the first time. Little did she know that two years before this, when she had met her best friend Bill, that he would become the love of her life. While working security at DIA, their bond grew into a beautiful relationship, filled with laughter, time together, and unwavering support for one another.

A lover of the outdoors, Monica found joy in camping and spending quality time with the love of her life, Bill and family. She was known for her selfless nature, always ready to lend a hand to her mother and bring warmth to those around her. Her love for dogs was reflected in her famous homemade dog bones and love for her fur babies.

Monica leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory: her love Bill, her parents Jennie and Glenn, step-mother Patty, her brother Adrian, sister-in-law Laura, her nephews Cross and Ashton, nieces Arabella and Oceana, Godparents Ted and Georgia, and her many other aunts, uncles and cousins. Proceeded in death by her grandparents, and mother and father in-laws.

Funeral Service, Friday, March 28, 2025 at 10:00 Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Denver followed by interment at Fairmount Cemetery, Denver.

Her legacy of love and kindness will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
